You must be able to form a binding contract to use our products. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the products in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the products or their infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the products except as permitted by law.

Products that surface market data, portfolio analytics, or trading tools (including AxiomFolio) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional.

Products that assist with tax preparation or filing (including FileFree) provide software tools, not tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and for reviewing your returns. Consult a qualified tax professional for advice about your situation.

The products, including their software, design, and content (excluding content you provide), are owned by Paperwork Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to the content you provide.

The products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paperwork Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the products.

You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the products, our users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
